Nolan was born in London, Ontario and raised in the surrounding area. He completed his undergraduate degree at Brock University and in 2014 received a Bachelor of Business Administration Honours, with a dual-concentration in Human Resources and Information Systems. He then attended the dual Juris Doctor program at the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy, graduating in 2018. Nolan articled at Giffen LLP and joined the firm as an associate following his call to the bar in 2019.
Nolan is building a general litigation practice, with a focus on insurance defence and subrogation. He has appeared in front of the Small Claims Court, the Superior Court of Justice, and numerous administrative tribunals.
Outside of the office, Nolan is an avid reader and film enthusiast. He also enjoys playing sports, including: soccer, snowboarding, and mountain biking.
