Nolan graduated from the University of Guelph in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Economics. He then attended the University of Western Ontario where he received his Juris Doctor degree in 2008, before being Called to the Bar in 2010. Nolan then started his practice at a prominent regional law firm in London, Ontario, while completing his Legal Master’s degree through Western, which was obtained with distinction.
Nolan then joined Giffen LLP in 2012 as a member of Giffen's litigation group, specializing primarily in insurance law and personal injury law. He assists clients in matters encompassing occupiers’ liability, motor vehicle accidents, bodily injury claims, product liability, policy coverage disputes and subrogation, always with an eye towards resolving client matters expeditiously, effectively and efficiently. Nolan also has a practice in Plaintiff personal injury law and employment law.
Nolan has conducted countless Examinations and has extensive experience at both the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Divisional Court.
In his spare time, Nolan enjoys spending time with family and friends, and is an avid enthusiast of cinema, political memoirs, and Guinness.
