Associate Position

Giffen LLP, a well-established and respected firm in downtown Kitchener-Waterloo, is seeking an exceptional lawyer with 3-5+ years of solid business law experience. Some experience/interest in commercial/residential real estate, commercial tenancies and/or estate planning would be an asset (but not a requirement).

Corporate/Commercial Law Clerk

Giffen LLP  requires an experienced Corporate/Commercial Law Clerk.

We are seeking a team player with keen attention to detail and a minimum of three (3) years’ experience including corporate minute book related matters, organizations, amalgamations, reorganizations, business acquisitions, business name registrations, and other duties as required. Knowledge of federal and provincial corporate statutes and corporate procedures would be beneficial. Functional proficiency in corporate clerking software including Cyberbahn, FastCompany, PCLaw, WordPerfect, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook is required.
